🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
  • 150 g paneer (haath se crumble kiya)
  • 1 pyaaz, 1 tamatar (barik kate)
  • 1/2 shimla mirch (optional)
  • Hari mirch + adrak, dhaniya
  • 1/4 tsp haldi, chutki garam masala, namak
  • 1 tsp tel

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Tel garam karo, pyaaz halka bhuno.

    Tamatar, shimla mirch, haldi aur namak daal ke gala lo.

    Crumbled paneer milao, 2-3 minute bhuno.

    Garam masala aur dhaniya daalo, gas band.

    Roti, ragi roti ya chilla ke saath garam paroso.
