- 1 pyaaz, 1 tamatar (barik kate)
- 1/2 shimla mirch (optional)
- Hari mirch + adrak, dhaniya
- 1/4 tsp haldi, chutki garam masala, namak
- 1 tsp tel
Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

Tel garam karo, pyaaz halka bhuno.

Tamatar, shimla mirch, haldi aur namak daal ke gala lo.
