🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
  • 250g paneer (tukde)
  • 4 cup palak (dhuli, blanched)
  • 1 pyaaz, 2 tamatar, 1 inch adrak-lehsun
  • 1 hari mirch, 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala, namak
  • 1 tbsp tel, thoda doodh (optional)

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Palak ko 2 min blanch karke thande paani mein daalo, phir pees lo.

    Tel mein jeera, adrak-lehsun, pyaaz, tamatar bhuno.

    Palak puree daal ke 5 min pakao, masale + namak milao.

    Paneer tukde daal ke 2-3 min pakao - garam serve.
