  • 1/2 cup oats aata (oats pees ke)
  • 1/2 cup gehu aata
  • 1 chhota pyaaz (baareek kata)
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • Namak, hara dhaniya
  • Paani (aata gundhne ke liye)

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Dono aate, pyaaz, ajwain aur namak mila lo.

    Paani daal ke naram aata gundh lo, 10 min rakho.

    Roti bel ke tawe pe dono taraf sek lo (kam tel/ghee).
