  • 1 cup ghiseyi hui lauki (ghiya)
  • 1 cup dahi (curd)
  • 1/2 tsp bhuna jeera powder
  • Namak aur kala namak
  • Chutki kali mirch, dhaniya

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Ghiseyi lauki ko 6-8 min steam/ubaal ke naram karo, thanda karo.

    Naram lauki ka extra paani halke se nichod do (paani phenko mat).

    Dahi ko achhe se phento, lauki + jeera + namak milao.
