  • 500g gajar (kaddukas)
  • 2 cup doodh
  • 1/2 cup gud (jaggery, kasa)
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Elaichi, thode kate nuts

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Ghee mein gajar bhuno, phir doodh daal ke dheemi aanch pe pakao.

    Doodh sookhne tak chalao (gajar soft + creamy).

    Aanch band karke gud milao (gud ko ubalna nahi).
