  • 3/4 cup moong/toor dal (ubli)
  • 2 cup palak (kati)
  • 1 tamatar, 1 tsp adrak-lehsun
  • Jeera, haldi, hing
  • Namak, 1 tsp ghee/tel

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Dal ko haldi-namak ke saath ubaalo.

    Jeera-hing-adrak-lehsun aur tamatar ka tadka banao, palak daal ke 2 min pakao.
