🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
- 500g chicken (curry-cut)
- 2 cup basmati chawal (bheega)
- 1/2 cup dahi, 2 pyaaz (barik/fried)
- 1 tbsp adrak-lehsun, biryani masala, haldi, red chilli, namak
- Pudina-dhaniya, 2 tbsp tel/ghee, kesar-doodh (optional)
Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

Chicken ko dahi-masale-adrak-lehsun mein marinate karke bhuno jab tak half-cooked ho.

Chawal ko 70% ubaal lo. Chicken ke upar chawal, pyaaz, pudina layer karo.

Dhak ke dum (dheemi aanch) pe 15-20 min pakao jab tak chicken poora gal jaye aur chawal cooked ho - serve.
