  • 1 cup barnyard millet
  • 1/2 cup urad dal
  • 1/4 tsp methi
  • Namak, paani
  • Thoda tel (sekne)

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Millet, urad dal, methi alag bhigo ke (4-6 ghante) pees lo.

    Namak daal ke 6-8 ghante ferment hone do.

    Garam tawe pe patla phailao, kinaron pe thoda tel.
