  • 1 pyaaz, 2 tamatar (kata)
  • 1 tsp adrak-lehsun, hari mirch
  • Jeera, haldi, dhaniya powder
  • Namak, 1-2 tsp tel, hara dhaniya

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Baingan ko gas/oven pe bhuno, chilka utaar ke mash karo.
