🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
  • 1/2 cup urad dal, 1/4 cup moong dal (bhigo ke pees)
  • 1 cup phenta dahi
  • Imli-khajoor chutney, hari chutney
  • Bhuna jeera, kala namak, chaat masala
  • Hara dhaniya, anar (optional)

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Dal paste ko idli mould mein 10-12 min steam karo (fry nahi).

    Bhalle ko thode paani mein bhigo ke nichod lo.
