- 1/2 cup urad dal, 1/4 cup moong dal (bhigo ke pees)
- 1 cup phenta dahi
- Imli-khajoor chutney, hari chutney
- Bhuna jeera, kala namak, chaat masala
- Hara dhaniya, anar (optional)
