🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
  • 1.5 cup moong sprouts (ankurit moong)
  • 1 chhota pyaaz, 1 tamatar, 1 khira (barik kate)
  • Aadha nimbu ka ras
  • Chaat masala aadha tsp, bhuna jeera, kala namak
  • Hari mirch/dhaniya swaad anusaar
  • Optional: anaar ke dane, bhuni moongfali

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Sprouts ko dho lo. Kachche bhaari lage to 2 min bhaap/ubaal bhi de sakte ho — crunch bana rehne do.

    Saari kati sabziyan sprouts ke saath bowl mein milao.

    Nimbu, chaat masala, bhuna jeera, kala namak daal ke achhe se toss karo.

    Upar anaar/moongfali daal ke turant khao — yahi shaam ke samose ka replacement hai. 😄
