  • 1 ubla aloo/shakarkandi (binder)
  • 1/2 cup kati sabziyan (gajar, matar, capsicum)
  • 1 hari mirch, dhaniya, masale
  • 2 tbsp besan (binder), namak, thoda tel

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Ubli quinoa, aloo, sabziyan, masale, besan mila ke dough banao.

    Chhoti tikki/patties banao.

    Non-stick tawe pe thode tel mein dono taraf golden seko.
