🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
  • 250g paneer (bade tukde)
  • 1/2 cup gaadha dahi (hung curd)
  • 1 shimla mirch, 1 pyaaz (tukde)
  • 1 tbsp adrak-lehsun, 1 tsp tikka masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli, namak, 1 tsp tel
  • Nimbu, chaat masala (upar se)

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Dahi mein masale-adrak-lehsun-namak-tel mila ke marinade banao.

    Paneer + sabziyan 20-30 min marinate karo.

    Tawe/grill/oven pe medium aanch pe dono taraf golden pakao (jyada na - paneer soft rahe).

    Chaat masala-nimbu daal ke serve.
