  • 1 tsp ghee ya tel
  • 1 chhota pyaaz, 1 tamatar (barik kate)
  • Thoda kheera (optional)
  • Nimbu, chaat masala, kali mirch, namak
  • Dhaniya

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Makhana ko ghee/tel mein ya dry roast karo 5-7 minute, crispy hone tak.
