  • 1 cup palak (blanch karke kati)
  • 1/2 cup hari matar (ubli)
  • 1 chhota ubla aloo
  • 2 tbsp besan (halka bhuna, binding ke liye)
  • Hari mirch + adrak, jeera powder, chaat masala, namak
  • Dhaniya, 1 tsp tel (brush ke liye)

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Palak, matar aur aloo ko mash karke mix karo.

    Bhuna besan, masale aur dhaniya milao — tikki banane layak dough.

    Chhoti-chhoti tikki banao.

    Tawa ya air-fryer mein halka tel brush karke dono taraf golden seko.
