  • 1.5 cup khajoor (seedless, kati)
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (badam, kaju, akhrot)
  • 2 tbsp seeds (optional - alsi/sunflower)
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • Elaichi powder

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Nuts ko halka dry-roast karke dardara kaat lo.

    Khajoor ko thode ghee mein paste banne tak bhuno.

    Khajoor paste + nuts + seeds + elaichi mila lo.

    Garam mein hi chhote laddu baandh lo, thanda hone do.
