🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
  • 2 kaali gajar (ya laal), 1 chukandar (sticks)
  • 1 tbsp rai powder (mustard)
  • 1 tsp namak, 1/2 tsp red chilli
  • 1 litre paani (ubaal ke thanda)

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Gajar-chukandar ko sticks mein kaat ke jar mein daalo.

    Rai powder, namak, chilli, thanda paani daalo.

    Dhakkan dhak ke 2-3 din dhoop mein rakho (roz hilao).
