  • 3/4 cup paani/chaas
  • 1 tsp nimbu, 1/2 tsp eno/fruit salt
  • Adrak-mirch paste, namak, haldi
  • Tadka: rai, curry patta (bina cheeni)

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Besan, paani, namak, haldi ka smooth ghol bana lo.

    Eno + nimbu mila ke turant steamer mein 12-15 min steam karo.
