🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
- Aadha cup chawal + aadha cup dhuli moong dal (dho ke 15 min bhigoye)
- 1 tsp ghee, aadha tsp jeera, chutki hing
- 1 cup mili-juli sabziyan (lauki, gajar, matar, beans)
- Aadha tsp haldi, namak swaad anusaar
- 3.5-4 cup paani
Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

Cooker mein ghee garam karo, jeera-hing chatkao.

Sabziyan daal ke 1-2 min bhuno.

Chawal-dal, haldi, namak, paani daal do.

3-4 seeti medium aanch par. Khichdi geeli-naram achhi lagti hai — paani kam mat karna.
