  • 2 cup dosa/idli batter (ya rava+dahi)
  • 1 pyaaz, 1 tamatar, 1/2 capsicum (barik)
  • 1 hari mirch, hara dhaniya
  • Namak, thoda tel

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Garam tawe pe batter mota phailao (patla nahi).

    Upar se barik sabziyan + dhaniya daal ke halke dabao.

    Kinaron pe thoda tel, dheemi-medium aanch pe dono taraf pakao.
