- 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp jeera, thoda garam masala
- 1 hari mirch, namak, 1 tbsp tel
- Hara dhaniya
Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

Tofu ka paani nichod ke haath se crumble karo.

Tel mein jeera-pyaaz-hari mirch bhuno, tamatar + masale daalo.
