🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
  • 1/2 cup suji (roasted)
  • 1 pyaaz
  • 1/4 cup gajar-matar
  • 1 tsp urad/chana dal
  • 1/2 tsp rai
  • Curry patta
  • 1-2 hari mirch
  • 1 tsp tel ya ghee
  • 1.25 cup garam paani
  • Nimbu, dhaniya, namak

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Suji ko sunehra hone tak bhuno (agar pehle se roasted nahi hai).

    Tel mein rai, dal, curry patta, mirch aur pyaaz bhuno.

    Sabzi aur namak daal ke 2 min.

    Garam paani daalo, ubaal aaye to suji slowly milate hue daalo.

    2-3 min dhak ke pakao, nimbu-dhaniya daal ke serve.
