  • 1/2 cup rice flour/sooji
  • 1/2 cup chaas/paani
  • 1 hari mirch, jeera, hara dhaniya
  • Namak, paani (patla batter), thoda tel

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Ragi+rice flour+chaas+masale ka patla batter banao.

    10-15 min rakho (instant) ya overnight ferment.

    Garam tawe pe patla phailao, kinaron pe tel.
