  • 1 cup sabut hari moong dal (4-6 ghante bhigoyi)
  • 1 inch adrak, 1-2 hari mirch
  • 1/4 tsp jeera, namak
  • 1 pyaaz (barik, upar se)
  • Thoda tel

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Bhigoyi moong dal ko adrak-mirch-jeera ke saath gaadha batter pees lo.

    Namak milao (fermentation nahi chahiye).

    Garam tawe pe phailao, upar barik pyaaz daal ke halke dabao, kinaron pe thoda tel.
