- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup moong dal (dhuli)
- 1/2 cup mixed sabzi (gajar, matar, beans)
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 1/4 tsp haldi
- Thoda adrak (kisa)
- Namak swaad anusaar
- 2 cup paani
Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

Ghee mein jeera aur adrak halka bhuno.

Moong dal, sabzi, haldi, namak aur paani daal ke 2-3 seeti laga lo.

Rolled oats daal ke 2-3 min aur pakao (oats jaldi pak jaate hain).
