🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
  • 1 cup oats (powder kiya)
  • 1/4 cup sooji + 2 tbsp besan
  • 1/2 cup dahi (ya paani)
  • 1 hari mirch, thoda adrak, 1/2 tsp jeera, hara dhaniya
  • Namak, paani (patla batter)

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Oats ko pees ke sooji, besan, dahi aur masalon ke saath patla batter banao.

    10 min rakho; zaroorat ho to paani daal ke pourable consistency.

    Garam tawe pe patla phailao, kinaron pe thoda tel, crisp hone tak pakao.

    Fold karke chutney ke saath serve.
