  • 250g mushroom (kate)
  • 1 pyaaz, 2 lehsun, 1 inch adrak
  • 2 cup veg stock/paani
  • 1 tbsp cornflour (ghula), namak, kali mirch
  • 1 tsp tel/butter, hari pyaaz

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Tel mein lehsun-pyaaz-mushroom bhuno (paani sukha lo).

    Aadhe mushroom pees ke paste banao, stock daalo.

    Ubaal aane par cornflour ghol daal ke gaadha karo.
