  • 1 cup dhuli moong dal (4-5 ghante bhigoyi hui)
  • 1 inch adrak
  • 1-2 hari mirch
  • Aadha cup barik kata pyaaz, shimla mirch, dhaniya
  • Namak swaad anusaar, aadha tsp jeera
  • 1-2 tsp tel (poore batch ke liye)

    Bhigi dal ko adrak-mirch ke saath thode paani mein pees lo — batter idli jitna gaadha rahe.
