🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
  • 1/2 cup millet, 1/4 cup moong dal
  • 1 gajar, thodi matar/beans (barik)
  • 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp haldi, adrak
  • 1 tbsp ghee/tel, namak
  • 3 cup paani

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Millet + dal ko dho lo.

    Cooker mein ghee-jeera-adrak, sabziyan, millet, dal, haldi, namak, paani daalo.

    2-3 seeti tak pakao (narm khichdi).

    Garam serve - upar thoda ghee (optional).
