🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
  • 1/2 cup jau daliya (barley)
  • 1/4 cup moong dal (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mixed sabzi
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp ghee ya tel
  • Adrak, namak
  • 2.5 cup paani

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Ghee mein jeera aur adrak bhuno.

    Daliya halka roast karo 2 min.

    Sabzi, dal, haldi, namak aur paani daal ke 2-3 seeti (ya 15-18 min open pot).
