🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
  • 1 broccoli (phool, kate)
  • 1 pyaaz, 2 lehsun, 1 aloo (thoda, gaadhe ke liye)
  • 2 cup veg stock/paani
  • Namak, kali mirch
  • 1 tsp tel/butter

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Tel mein pyaaz-lehsun bhuno, broccoli + aloo + stock daal ke gala lo.

    Thoda thanda karke pees lo (smooth).

    Wapas garam karo, namak-kali mirch milao.
